Billing questions
How do I go Premium or Premium Team?
From the extension's Settings or from your customer area: payment happens on a secure Stripe page. The plan turns on within seconds.
What is the difference between Premium and Premium Team?
Premium applies to every site of your account, for you. Premium Team adds members: invite colleagues or clients to a given site, as admin or editor. They create under your subscription, at no cost to them.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime from your customer area. The change is immediate and prorated on your next invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from “Manage subscription”. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account goes back to the free plan. Your QR codes keep working.
Can I get an invoice with my VAT number?
Yes. Enter your VAT number at checkout: it appears on the invoices, available in the Stripe portal.
What if I stay on the free plan?
Every creation feature stays available; only the creation of new codes is limited to 3 per 24 hours. Existing codes stay editable without limit.
